Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal
dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to
Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends
so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and
sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All animals who have
been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or
maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our
dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they miss
someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops
and looks in the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager body
quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying over the
green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have been
spotted, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved
head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long
gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together......

Loved Ones That Have Passed
Brandy was one the greatest dogs I ever met. She was
very well behaved and so lovable. She got along with
every one both canines and humans. Her owner Ann
Miller loved her so much, and took very good care of her.
She gave so much joy to every one that knew her. She
will be greatly miss. Specially by her friends here at Dogs
on the Run, we will miss seen her on her daily walks and
afternoon visits. May she rest in peace, and we will meet
you in Rainbow Bridge....
We will miss you, one of
our favorite doggie
Coco was a very frequent visitor here at
Dogs on the Run, also we baby sat coco
a few times, she was alot of fun, she
really loved my husband and would
always claim the sofa next to him, we will
miss you very much coco.
Tootsie Vergara our Chihuahua
Our little baby died on Sunday June 8th
she was only 6 years old. She had a
severe seizure and did not come out of
it, we had to make the decision to put
her to sleep. We miss her dearly and
wish that she was still here, but she was
in pain and it was the best for her. We
bought Tootsie from a dog breeder that
said she was AKC registered and would
be a teacup, it was all lies and I would
never buy another dog again from a
breeder. Needless to say she has so
many problems but we could not give
her up. the breeder offered to exchange
her but we were already attached to her.
We kept her and gave her the best life
we could we just wish that we could of
enjoyed her longer. THE LESSSON
FROM THIS RESCUE DON'T BUY A DOG!
One of the bravest doggies I ever
met, Bambina survived a horrible
ordeal, when she was attacked by
2 Pitbulls. The dogs nearly killed
her she went thru several
operations. Her owners Olivia and
Alex never gave up on her and did
everything to save her. They love
Bambina very much . Even though
she servived the attack for a
several months , her heart was
weak. Bambina passed away last
week. I was heart broken to her
the news and so is her whole
family , she was a great doggie and
will be greatly missed here at Dogs
on the Run and we will always
